The
Bianci Group, LLC is an independent sales
organization representing manufacturers in Washington,
Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska. We opened our doors
January 1, 1999 at the Pacific Market Center with a
newly remodeled showroom. The company, formerly known
as Bev.White & Associates, has a fifteen year history
in the northwest market. Our focus is in the home decorative
arena. We have already built a solid reputation through
professionalism, integrity and service to both customers
and manufacturers. Our goal has been to build a package
of the finest home decorative lines to represent in
the northwest.
I began my career in the home decorative and gift industry
as a sales representative for Harlan Lutz & Associates
in 1995. At that time, I represented one line, Cornell
Trading. The line consisted of housewares and women
and children’s apparel. My territory included the five
northwest states. Sales at that time totaled $70,000.00
annually. In my first year I increased the annual sales
to $980,000.00.
In
1997, I was promoted to Sales Manager for Harlan Lutz
& Associates. This position involved managing 14
road representatives in three divisions and 50 manufacturers.
My responsibilities included training all reps and all
communications with manufacturers. I was also instrumental
in building the home decorative division, Harlan Lutz
At Home.
Our
experience has enabled us to establish a strong relationship
with retailers in the northwest. We have eight sales
representatives in the northwest. Our two showrooms
are open 4 days a week and staffed by experienced individuals.
In addition, we participate in two shows a year in the
Pacific Market Center. Weekly sales reports are required
from each sales representative to ensure that our sales
goals are achieved. Company sales meetings are held
twice a year and individual reviews of each salesperson
are conducted semi-monthly.
